How long is the procedure for cleaning your teeth so as to remove tartar from them in a dental clinic? And does it hurt when scaling?

My dental cap has come off need to fix with 3 implant on the right side lower jaw

Started on friday evening. Has led to swelling of the face. Puffiness. Pain in the gums too. Tried applying cold pack and hot pack over th affected area. Did no help.

I am 33yrs old, I have two bridges n upper teeth and I have cross bite also. I had braces for one year for only upper teeth to close the gaps and it’s removed now. But now I have cross bite and pain n jaws. Is it possible to remove the bridges and again go for upper and lower bridges to align the teeth completely. Pls advice
