Tooth and Mouth Problems

I put braces from Kerala Can i tight the braces from other dental hospital in bangalore.is it possible

The teeth were extracted successfully. My left chin is still swollen and the pain still persists - manageable though

I have red dots with yellow in center in inner part of lips. Also teeth gums. Unable to eat anything and having pain in and around that area. Also feel like neck area is getting chocked and painful.

Having pain in teeth and almost entire teeth has been erosion.is there any treatment to cure the same at this age.

So since Tuesday I have been experiencing my tongue being irritated and I keep messing with it the tip of my tongue now has a few white spots on the tip and the sides and it’s driving me mad

My lips hurt and they are dry even with lip balm. They are slowly turning black. They look like they are peeling.

Usually I'll get chapped lips & at least 1 Cold Sore per winter. However, within the past 2 day's, I've had 3 pop up on my bottom lip! They haven't busted, don't hurt & no scabbing-kinda look like blisters. What's my best option(s) for them to heal faster? Any home remedies that work well? Also, I'm not sure if this matters, but the past week or so my voice has been hoarse & I've been coughing up green phlegm.

Have been taking asomex for years now and suffering from mouth ulcers...3 weeks ago on a hunch I stopped asomex and am free of mouth ulcers. My stool was poorly formed all these years...I have suffered agony with this medicine.

A bony like hardy structure coming out of from upper jaw line between 7 and 6 tooth. CBCT suggest "idiopathic or reactive exostosis/osteosclerosis". As well " mild polypoidal mucosal thickening noted in limited section through right maxillary sinus."
