Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got operated for my wisdom tooth in March now I'm suffering from toothache inn my left below molar tooth , what should I do as today is Sunday no doctor is available ???

I am 70 very bad smell is coming from my mouth and I am not able to make it nobody is coming to talk with me since 05 years I am suffering with this problem

This tooth was already gone.its black n had cavity hole in it.since yesterday its moving n feels like its gonna fall off.i have taken 6 pain killers in a day but nothing helps.th only relief is if i keep a mouthful of cold water in my mouth n throw it off in a while.thats it. I wanna know if i hv to extract it by tom thn wat all i hv to do today? And how much will it cost? Its a pre molar.6th tooth on th upper side.and how long will th pain b there?

My tooth is shacking it causes light pain shall I use stolin gum astringent this gel is suitable for stop shacking please advice

4 days before I had treatment with doctor in my hometown Vijayawada but due to some urgency work I left 2 my work place Nagpur. The Dr. in Vijayawada had filled my one hole tooth with white type of rubber which became hard now. My query is that after coming to nagpur, I didn't went to doctor for further check up. Is that white rubber type which is kept in my teeth is going to effect me anyway? Or is there any urgency to consult a doctor as few broken pieces of a teeth was extracted on tat day.
