Hello If the rct isn’t proper then you can get pain and if the cap is the problem we need to check

root canal is not the end to save the tooth your body immunity if its compromised or the method and quality of cement used in root canal is compromised you will end up with re infection and abscess. visit the clinic to know if we can do a re- rct and save the tooth

It could be due to reinfection of the tooth.kindly see a dentist,we need to make a x-ray.
