Yes, root canal treatment will cure you. It has no side effects if done properly. Some dietary restrictions is needed until treatment done, like soft diet on that side. But when treatment will complete, no dietary restrictions remains.

Hello, if your Xray shows the need of root canal treatment (RCT) that means the cavity has gone till the pulp of your tooth. RCT involves the treatment of the canals present in the root of the teeth followed by filling and capping. No restrictions on diet as such, no side effects, care to be taken is to avoid biting from the affected side as the tooth may be having temporary filling for a while. other restrictions / care depends on case to case. hope ur doubts are clear.
