Sir I have been suffering from tongue cracks from 3 days.i can't eat anything due this tongue cracks.. please give me your advice and suggest medicines

This may be due to stress or vitamin deficiency
Next Steps
use multivitamins and salt water gargling with dentist consultation even u can apply topical anesthetic agent on your tongue every time before food
