I am allergic to Offloxacin Ornidazole combination but am not allergic to Metronidazole. I am not sure whether am allergic to Offloxacin or Ornidazole. Can I take Taxim OZ prescribed by my dentist.

Hi. i had my temprorary filling done on 1 dec followed by permanent on 3rd dec. later i felt immense pain and started my antibiotics course. last night i went to other dentist so she pulled out permanent filling and put temporary again for root canal. its my bottom last tooth i am going for tooth extraction. tomorrow morning i am planning to extract my tooth but one last dose of antibiotics will be remaining . is it safe to extract tooth with one dose of antibiotic remaining? help me
