Surgery should be the last option. First we should try more conservative options if that doesn't work out only then we have to go with Orthognathic surgery.
Cost varies depending what and where it is to be done it may range from 5000- 50000/-
It may take 3 weeks to 3 months for the initial healing most of the symtoms after the surgery are relieved by this time while complete healing involving complete bone formation may take upto 2 years.
