Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi i am from south delhi, my center upper 2 teeth are shorter than the rest of the teeth, doctor has advised to get them crown and suggested the zirconia based crown by dental care based in kerla and 15 years of gurantee. ALso he has told that i need to get 3 upper and 3 lower teeth crowned and cost will be 9000 per teeth. Is the price fair

I am having a swelling on my lower jaw like at the end of the tooth . I feel it really painful...is it something really serious ? Google says it might be related to cancer and stuffs ! Can someone brief me on this?
