Tooth and Mouth Problems

One of my right upper teeth is removing and is paining me. also there is a hole in my left lower teeth

The ball hits directly in to my jaw during playing cricket. I'm not able to eat... What can I do???? &which medicine is best for my body???

Dear Doctor, my name is Santhosh i met with an accident couple of week back and my artery of mouth is cut into two which has been stitched.Now those stitches are removed wound is clear now but when I saw a day back one suture is still remaining. I don't know whether it is adorable or not. Does it cost any problem in future or I will go by its own
