Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having too much pain in my tooth i can't sleep. It's happening from 2days. can you pls suggest me something now which I do at my home to relief the pain

While sleeping, my upper and lower teeth calsh making sound which is extremely irritating for others sleeping with me. What should I do to stop this problem?

I am having treatment of stomach by homeopathy But now I am having so much toothache so can I use colgate pain out gel?

Even after going though lot of torture for the braces placed today also I face the same problem like earlier. While eating my food the inner lower lip/cheeks get bitten automatically while chewing and it's end up with mouth ulcers on that place. There's no specific food that doesn't happen with starting from eating fresh peanut's from the shell to eating Indian bread  Still have the retainers which placed at the back of the front teeth top and bottom  to stop the teeth growth back wards. Is it due to the retainers that I'm still biting/my mind is still haven't adjusted to eat with the changed teeth allignment of the face.
