Diastema treatment at age of 30.
What are my options for diastema treatment (3-4 mm gap, two gaps in the upper jaw and one gap in the lower jaw) in 4 to 5 months? If I go for braces then what would be the treatment period and approx cost. what would be the frequency of visit to the doctor in this case.

Hello, Diastema is the space present in between upper or lower front teeth. You said 3-4 mm diastema in 4-5 months , thats quite strange at your age if it was not there since birth. There are quite a few treatment options like orthodontic intervention if the bone support is good, or crown/laminates etc depending on the clinical findings. Cost also depends on the severity of the problem, facility you are visiting, type of treatment option you are going for. In case you are going for ortho frequency may be 2-3 times a month
Next Steps
Visit your dentist and get it checked.

Have the gaps formed recently or its present from long time. If gaps are formed recently and if u feel that its increasing must be underlying bone and gums problem. If gaps present from very long time then various options  present from orthodontic treatment, composite buildups, veneers or crowns. Need to visit ur dentist for options.
