Hi there, I have a problem with my face. I had a tooth (first molar) plucked out (about 1.5 years ago) from the right upper jaw and after few days I noticed that right side of the face is asymmetrical (right side cheek is concave whereas the left is convex) I understand that the cause of the problem was plucking out the tooth which maybe had a deep root. Kindly advice on the above problem since I'm a working professional who interacts a lot with people and this problem holds me back) Thank you.

I had a chilled beer in winters and from the next day my left lower inner cheek is swollen and because of the swelling it gets between my teeth (I know it is quite silly to explain it that way, but it hurts). It has been 3 days now. If I put something hot or "sonth" (I don't know what you call it in English) toothes for a few minutes and then goes back . Please suggest urgently.
