Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a strong bad breath which is embarrassing me . The real problem is that the smell can be realized from a distancd and since i walk beside any one he or she holds thier nose even if i kept silent and not talking the smell stays and people can feel it from a distance and I actually visited a dentist and my teeth are so clean even my tounge was healthy and i have no problems with tounge . I tried oil pulling and it didn't work i am depressed now and i was a good student now this is harmful.

My fiancee has been experiencing extreme pain in her left cheek/jaw and at first I believed it to be just a wisdom tooth but she is lacking the ability to open her mouth further. Due to pain. Her description is of the pain of being punched but I don't see any brusing either. Is there anything that may match this description and if so how can I help her?
