Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Doctors, Recently I had a lower jaw surgery which is been 1 and half month now.Today I observed that a white particles are getting deposited near the gums in lower front teeth, I am suspecting pyria. The teeths are little bit sensitive also. Please guide me what should I do or which paste I should use. I am attaching the image for clear reference. Regards, Ranjit

I have noticed that the inside of my cheek is bigger. I have not ate any food that is new to me. I had no injury to the face. Do I have an infection. If so how can I tell? Or is it because I am overweight. No pain though. Is it my teeth? I only have 13 teeth on the bottom.
