Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, this is the photo of my right down last tooth. There is mild pain there foe last week or so. I think I need some treatment. Given this situation, what options do I have? Like remove/ RCT/ cleaning and filling etc. If possible, please revert with cost, time and pain level of each option.

I have been waking up more often and tasting salt in my mouth and it goes on for a while

Have teeth marks on edges of my toungue both sides. I wear night gaurd as I have a habit of clincing my teeth

I had pain on the side of my tongue  a month or two back. Since then I keep rubbing my tongue below my gums just put pressure an check if the pain continues. It's psychological and even if the pain is not there I'll keep rubbing my tongue. And searching about it on the internet just scares me more and psychologically makes me rub my tongue more. What to do?
