Tooth and Mouth Problems

I just had teeth extraction and implication today. I even had the surgery of it. and it has been more than 30 minutes. So should I remove the cotton from the mouth and also what should I eat for the first time.

I have a bad tooth cavity. It has been hurting for the past week. Now the gum is highly swollen and I can see pus formation. When I searched for the symptoms, it looks like an abscess. The swelling is limited to the cheek area. Have only taken pain medication. I need to know an affordable dentist in Lucknow and what procedure would be followed.
