Hello sir/mam..am male 26 ..I got a cut on my gum fifteen days back n I applied dologel CT n it was healed ..due to cut on da gum I was not brushing right side ..now cut is healed but der two two red dots on three gum lines .it's not bleeding nor paining,nor increasing ...der is no inflammation r redness on gums..only red dots on gum lines ..

I have a problem in my jaw tooth and i have visiated some dentists and all are suggested to removal of tooth and implantation. My question, but i want extract the tooth and dont want to go with implantation. Is it gud idea or is there any side effects with this...plz suggest. Attaching the xray. Problem is both sides.
