Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello.. I am having a lot of problem eating spicy food and also in opening my mouth fully. the insides of my cheek have become hard and thick and mouth not opening fully. I have been chewing betel nuts and saunf for the last few weeks/month..

I have cavity in my one tooth from long time. Because of my ignorance tooth is mostly damaged. Dentist suggests me to remove that tooth. So my concern is that i want to join Indian Army. They ask for 14 dental points. Is there any problem??
