Hi... good morning. I think you may have this problem due to third molar tooth. Which is expected to erupt in mouth at your age. Sometimes it gets stuck inside bone and due to that you feel stiffness and pain.Please visit dentist for consultation. You may require xray to find out if there is any other cause....
