I saw white patches on my 2 month old daughter's lips and teeth side. What could be the reason for this?

Hi I am 28 years old planning for braces . Have an overjet and overbite of 8mm . according to doctors have case of class 2. Don't want to go for extraction of two upper molars . Is extraction compulsory ? please suggest what kind of braces will be fast . And is there any difference between ceramic braces and damon braces. And please also advise the costing for both in delhi. I have got little bumps on edge of one side of the tongue, also on lower lip and inner cheek of one side. There has been intense pain. A lot of problem eating and speaking. There is a loss of taste too. Recently, I have got stomach problem too. Probably, constipation. Also, I got capping done on my tooth but that's like 2 years back. I have got a wisdom tooth coming up too.  What could be the problem? What could be done about it? I have been using smyle gel for past 2 days and it doesn't seem to help.
