You have to go to your dentist and have you tooth/teeth checked. A hole is indicative usually of dental caries and filling can be done but the extent of the lesion should be determined first. Absence of pain usually signifies a healthy tooth but sometimes it may not be a good signal especially if the tooth has been decayed for a long time.
