Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, When i was 16 ,i got root canal in both my molar teeth and din't cap onto it. Gradually both of my filling got broke partially and i'm having sensation in my teeth while having anything,what should i do. And how much would it cost me for refilling and getting caps onto it. Had braces for 1 and half year.During that period,I have gone through teeth cleaning for 6 times due to plaque on teeth.After removing braces,my teeth became yellow in colour.Is my teeth lost enamel?If so,how can my teeth can become white in colour?

Hi my profession is more of client facing, so I can't wear visible braces and invisible brace's are also too costly for me. They are not moved much to look ugly, but I feel in last 3 years the front teeths have moved forward slightly. When I close my teeth both upper and lower row will be on same alignment now front 4 teeths have moved few mm. My question is there any treatment i can take which is not visible,like any retainer in the night time alone or while sleeping

I have black patches around my lips and mouth... In winter it becomes darker and looks very bad.. In summer it is little lighter.. I want to remove those patches permanently so need advice for that... Is there any treatment for that.. Any medicine or tube..

I took a softball to the face and my bottom teeth dug into my lip. It has mostly healed but seems to be leaving a bump which is a little harder than its surroundings. Will it go away or could it be permanent?
