As per your words you are suffering fromoutj ulcers since one month.
I suggest you to visit your dentist and act accordingly.
There can be many reasons for ulcers in oral cavity,most common reason is Apthous ulcer..
Which is usually because of stress.
Other common reason is allergy to some food product.
And before taking any medication it is always advised to consult the Doctor.
