Hello,I have a small raised bump inside my right lower jaw along with the floor of mouth it is painless,smooth and can move by means of finger or tongue it is present from last 2.5 months.I met to a dental surgeon last week he said it is normal and seem like a gland but i m not satisfied beacause it is not clearly visible and i can feel it by tongue will u plz suggest me what is it and which doctor i have to consult for this

Facing burning sensation in my mouth due to inflamed mouth (sides) for the past 5-6 months. They hurt and burn like mouth ulcers but are jot small, they are rather spread across the mouth. Q1. Is this some aggressive infection of the mouth? Or some underlying gum disease? Also having issues with my wisdom tooth.

I have removed my Wisdom tooth today at PGI,I don't know whether it's a common to tear up the gum and stitches after extracting the tooth or not,but the bleeding didn't stop even after 3 hrs and the pain is severe.I took 1 painkiller but not helping at all.
