Tooth and Mouth Problems

I'm having an orthodontic treatment for the last 5 months and some kind of small lumps are seen at the back portion on the gum of the upper front teeth. Before, I didn't have those. Kindly suggest the needful. Thanks.

Sir there is so much pain in my tooth i cant even swallow water or salive ...its so painful ..wat to do ..

My left 2nd molar teeth is half break and have a deep cavity and some time see that pus and no any pain in tooth what is tha best treatment

I have been having mouth ulcers and they do not healed from last 5 yrs plz help me.

I had gone through composite filling on the right upper first molar. After filling its been almost three weeks.. But while brushing I feel tingling and a little pain.feels like the nerve gets bothered. When I rub my finger around the filling part I feel the tingling and mild pain. It's same pain when during drilling the tooth I felt when the doctor drilled little deeper. The cavity was deep. Is it the sign for root canal? Suffering from pain in my wisdom tooth since 2-3 day,not able to eat anything ..not even able to open my mouth fully...i had taken paracetamol and amoxyclav for the same but my problem not get resolved instead increased further.

Hi, My front tooth broke about 15 years back. I visited a doctor nd he diagnosed via x-ray that the bone in my gums has not grown back so implant cannot be done. He recommended me tooth bridge. He said that tooth bridge can sustain life long which costs around 6000 per tooth. I want to now if the tooth bridge can sustain life on or needs to be replaced every 5-10 years ?
