You have 2 teeth which are impacted.
Upper both side i.e right and left side
As your upper wisdom teeth are impacted, its better to remove them before they cause any problems to your teeth which are near to wisdom teeth or cause irregularities in your all teeth due to pressure and force created by impacted teeth.
Full evaluation of removal of wisdom teeth can’t be done before having a look on OPG.
