Tooth and Mouth Problems

Can anasthesia be used while drilling a tooth with cavity before filling? I am having sensitive teeth and experienced significant pain while treating a cavity three years back. If anasthesia is not an option, is there any other way to reduce the pain in such case.?

Hi..my mom is suffering from kind of skin allergies. actually 8months back she went under some dental treatment. Few of her teeth were removed and fixed with new one but it took long time to recover than the usual. After that pimples getting started in her throat which makes difficulty to eat. so we consulted near by doctors but they said lik it's skin allergy because of it and it will cure in few days but till now it's the same and even pimples getting started on body. Can anyone please inform what exactly is happening and whom to consult?. thanks in advance.
