Consistent pain leads to no sleep
My friend is having issues sleeping at night. He has a constant tooth ache and he feels pressure in his head. He said he takes orajel and its helps his tooth, but nothing seems to help his head. He sleeps 3 hours a night and cant seem to manage anymore than that. He talked to his doctor, but his doctor told him to deal with it. I wanted another opinion. Is there a way to help him?

Kindly visit a dentist to get the tooth treated. The pain described by you indicates he has developed pus in the tooth . Get an xray done. And accordingly the dentist can guide you the appropriate treatment. This  treatment protocol is advised if your pain is due to tooth related . If doesn't subside then you could consult general physician.

Treat the dental pain if that’s the cause of his headache which of course if possible. Only application of oragel is not going to treat the cause.
Next Steps
Firstly Visit a good dentist and find out the cause of toothache. If there is no dental issues then visit a GP
