Apply dologel CT /hexigel on the ulcer with your clean fingers. Drink more water .Avoid hot and spicy foods.

oral ulcers can be due to  vit deficiency, GIT problem , sharp tooth . kindly visit a dentist if ulcer persists for more than 5 days to know the exact cause.
