My dad is 48 years and he gets Mouth and tounge ulser from past 2 years which keeps occurring regularly... He's not able to eat anything properly

Repeated mouth ulcers may have an underlying cause like gastric issues. If he has repeated ulcers from past 2 years you can take the opinion of a gastroenterologist to diagnose the cause. Meanwhile he can apply dologel or hexigel to get relief. Also he should avoid very hot and spicy food. Add a bcomplex tablet to his diet once daily.
