I would like to know whether their are any specialists for gum disease? Or one can visit any dentist? Also, do you do cleaning of teeth at the time of consultation or it Is to be done in next consultation?

Molar teeth
Molar teeth is coming in a wrong position, slightly away from the gums and it's blackish in colour .. The tooth is cutting the interior of my cheeks. There is tremendous pain and can't chew or even gulp properly. My jaws appear to be swollen. Taking zyfix, cipzen D and using alsore gel but its providing temporary relief. Please suggest.

For the past 3 days I have some rough surface inside mouth in cheeks, if I am touching with tongue it's rough and is painless. Today I could feel a little bump near it, also painless. I don't know what it is. Is it something problem?
