Tooth and Mouth Problems

My tooth is decaying and the pain is unbearable. I'm told not to get fillings since it doesn't last long. So i don't know what else to do.

Is there any harmful side effect of messaging jaw muscle or cheek muscle when I am wearing tmj splint for my tmj disorder?

A blister has come up on the back of lips due to bite I had 2 days back. The blister is of medium size and has appeared yesterday. I have applied honey and quick cool gel. How long should I wait before I contact a doctor?

Hello ,Dr . My upper teeth is not bad ,not that much,and downward the front three ,incisor is crooked besides that no other prob.but my lips are thick and cheeks narrow ,so it makes me look.ugly or atleast I.think like that,and from side it feels like its protruding ,and I.would like to fix it by orthodontic ,style ,or will my lips fall and protrude more if I fix it ,help.I want to push all my teeth inside .
