Yellow and black deposits is due to poor oral hygiene( soft and hard deposits(plaque and calculus)...) Eventhough You brush nicely, there is always some inaccesible areas between your teeth that need to be cleaned(scaling) by dentist...There is no specific tooth paste for this problem ....
