Please Help
I have this white spot close to my wisdom tooth region. Is this leukoplakia? I have an impacted wisdom tooth that is touching an intra alveolar nerve but painless. Plus i feel tingling in my lower jaw region and constant pressure close to my wisdom tooth. Is the numbness/tingling of lower jaw because of the wisdom tooth as it is touching the alveolar nerve which came in my cbct report. plus i am attaching a pic of the floor of mouth i feel a bony thing in my sublingual gland kind of bony movable swelling it is painless plus there is negligible change in size from past 6 months. Please help me out i am nust scared.

The bone thing you feel may be a sialolith, but can only be confirmed with occlusal xray and ultrasound (if needed). If it is sialolith, and causes pain while eating tangy foods, then get it removed. All said and done, you need clinical examination for this. Visit an experienced oral and Maxillofacial surgeon in your city. Regarding the wisdom tooth, show the cbct or OPG so I can tell u further
