I have this white spot close to my wisdom tooth region. Is this leukoplakia? I have an impacted wisdom tooth that is touching an intra alveolar nerve but painless.
Plus i feel tingling in my lower jaw region and constant pressure close to my wisdom tooth. Is the numbness/tingling of lower jaw because of the wisdom tooth as it is touching the alveolar nerve which came in my cbct report.
plus i am attaching a pic of the floor of mouth i feel a bony thing in my sublingual gland kind of bony movable swelling it is painless plus there is negligible change in size from past 6 months.
Please help me out i am nust scared.

The bone thing you feel may be a sialolith, but can only be confirmed with occlusal xray and ultrasound (if needed).
If it is sialolith, and causes pain while eating tangy foods, then get it removed.
