My surgery was done on 25 november and today is the 3rd day of surgery I found hard lump type swelling from lower cheek to neck below jaw do I need to start warm compress or visit doctor is there anything is wrong because I have to visit on Monday for remove stiches

My mother has got done RCT for one of the back tooth and now the doctor says capping need to be done for 3 teeth in total including 2 neighbouring teeth .
