Hello dr am maried 31 year old,am hvng food lodgment and  little pain in my 3rd molar tooth of  lower jaw since 7-8 days minor ulcers also i hv and seems like  little infection around 3rd molar tooth .... Today i hv done opg kindly hv a look and help me out for this thanking you...

Get a checkup done. Take a smaller xray called iopa of that tooth which will help in proper diagnosis. Might go for extraction. Till then keep the area clean as much as possible and do warm saline rinses.
