Upon review these were the findings- H/o pain 7-8days in third molar region, ulcerated and infected with food lodgement, Impacted lower third molar tooth Elaborately these are to be done for- Operculectomy-little flap like growth over impacted tooth which has inflammation ulcers and infection due to food lodgement, extraction of impacted third molar tooth, copious irrigation, post extraction instructions, medicines after surgery. Do visit your nearby clinic for these. Provisional diagnosis- Impacted lower third molar tooth. Differential diagnosis- Caries and mandibular nerve proximity.
