My husband is of 35 years old he is complaining food lodment on his lower posterior teeth also there is slightly blackish caries like seen in his one of posterior teeth

From photos i can see carious wisdom teeth. Xray should be required to know the extent of caries then treatment is advised accordingly

There might be spaces between the teeth which may be causing food lodgement.A xray can help.further there is tooth decay also which should be treated as it causes food lodgement.

Hello! There appears to be decay in your lower back teeth (wisdom teeth), which is causing food to get stuck. I recommend getting an X-ray done to check how deep the cavity is. If the damage is limited, a filling can solve the problem. But if the decay is deep or the tooth is difficult to clean or poorly positioned, extraction may be the best option.
