Is it safe to remove all wisdom tooth?
My dentist recommended removing all four wisdom teeth due to alignment issues, as my lower wisdom teeth are positioned horizontally. This is necessary before starting my invisible alignment treatment. Additionally, I have mild pain on the right side, and the dentist suspects a cavity that might require an RCT, which will be confirmed after further X-rays. I’m concerned about the safety of removing all wisdom teeth at once and the potential side effects of these treatments. I would appreciate advice from an experienced dentist to understand the risks and whether this is the right course of action.

Hi,
Removing all the wisdom teeth at one time is safe. Post extraction there will be discomfort for a week to 10 days. After which you be be back to normal.

Removing all wisdom teeth is recommended only when it is causing decay or mal-alignment of other teeth....or causing pain by injuring other teeth.
Remove if it's causing the problem

Observe if origin of pain is from the site of any of the wisdom teeth
