Why gas formed even I eat boiled food not a bit spicy & oily food. My ultrasound report is attached with it. Please some one suggest me

Hi, from 4days onwrads I am suffering from constipation and getting burning sensation and little pain while passing stools, and I am getting black colour stools and throughout the day I am getting more farting and I am having burning sensation on that anus region, I am using herbalife nutrition for weight loss so reduced eating and I am getting continous farts

I get too much acidity even when I eat masala less and limited quantity meal. Eno helps but only temporarily.

Hi, my direct bilirubin is 0.4. And SGPT ALT IS AT 118, SGOT AST is 50. Cholesterol and total protein is normal. What are the medications to be taken to reduce it. I have acidity too.

It's been 2 months,I had symptoms of covid.Now I am absolutely fine but till now appetite is not normal,I am not feeling hungry most of the time.

I am suffering from small hiatus hernia & antral erosion. Doctor has prescribed me to take Omeprazole tab every morning before breakfast. I am taking this medicine since long time. Whenever I stop the medicine the symptom of acid reflux again started. Is it safe to take this medicine for long time? Is there any cure of this?

I eat good  ammout of food even also use badam ,dates,dry grape's , good enough water about 3.5 lit .I haven't no tension but why I am daily facing constipation problem.plese give suggestions to over come this problem.

I've had stomach pain for the last 2 months. After getting an endoscopy done as suggested on 10th June, 2-3 duodenal ulcers have been detected. Test for h pylori had also been taken for which after 2 3 hours & even after 24 hours th e colour did not change to red or pink and remained yellow, though after 2 days it has turned to pink. Does this mean presence of H Pylori has been confirmed in my body? I'm a mild smoker (upto 10 cigarettes a day) & due to this current problem & also the pandemic issues I'm stressing enough and not able to completely stop smoking. Doctor has prescribed me Motinorm Dt 10, esogress 40, & Emdex 0 suspension for around 10 days. Though I'm trying to contact my doctor I've not received any update or help for the same. If possible I want some clarification or suggestion on this issue and whether if I can smoke a cigarette or 2 in day and what routine shall I follow. As I'm worrying a lot about my situation it is affecting my sleep & smoking haa become inevitable

I got covid on 20th April. After the treatment now I'm facing some mild abdomen pain (around 20 days) in different areas right left up down. I've my tests done like LFT KFT ULTRASOUND PSA. Apart from mild Fatty liver everything is fine. If it is post covid symptoms, what should I do next? Any other tests? I'm having Liv-52 right now.
