My SGOT level is 71 and SGPT level is 92. Is it severe?. How can I reduce it? Bilirubin is 1.2 and ALP is normal.

Bloating and heaviness in stomach..acidity and weakness too..it seems acid reflux in mouth always...have consulted before and was advised pantocid but it didn't work.LFT and blood test found normal.

I have pinching pain near half inch of my navel to the right side .. i m diagnosed with pcos .. is this pain is due to pcos .. i have constipation and gas issue but now a days constipation issue is solved .. once in three four months i see blood in my stool due to hard stool .. in april my ultrasound report show only pcos .. is this pinching pain near navel in the right side of stomach is serious issue or i m suffering from appendix or its not that serious .. plz answer..
