Digestion problem
I m suffer from ibs in 9 months  with mix type some type diarhia and constipation. Dr recommend colospax before dinner and pruvicit 2 after dinner at night. In morning before breakfast pantocid l. This medicine 4 months course so I can take or not please suggest. What I do. Where should I go homepathic or Ayurveda for permanent cure.
