Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi all, from 5days onwards I am suffering from constipation and getting black stools, when I ever I am passing my stools my anus region burning and small pain I am getting and throughout the I am getting burning in that anus region unable to sit properly

My blood report for LFT is :- Total Bilrubin :- 1.82 AST :- 63 ALT :- 156 USG :- Normal Liver Size with Gr II fatty liver What medicine and advise should I follow. Please tell me is it worrying??

I have excessive flatulence. I pass gas more than 100 times a day. I cannot pass stool at once. So I have 3 incomplete bowel movements daily. There is also tightness in the stomach. I have tried out a few things like regular exercise , avoiding tea or coffee. I have also taken medications like providac, rifagut and antacids. But no use. There is no pain in the stomach but too much passing of flatulence. Please suggest a solution.

Can acid reflux cause nasal allergy like rhinitis? If yes then who should I consult as I have visited to ENT specialist but they are not getting the exact reason behind my problem?

In my stool exam found fat globules is present++ My feaces is very sticky..poop stick to anus sphincter and i need more time and more water to wash my faeces...My feaces also sticks very tightly to the toilet and very difficult to remove it and need more water to flush it...Please give solution to my problem

I am having piles since first lockdown (march 2020) due to long bike riding Till that date some time it comes and goes without any help of medicine But i didn't get rid from little bit lump of outer side when i ride bike it is increasing and devlop 2 3 lumps and then will go down after some days but how i can get rid from them life long? Which dr. should i consultants i mean in speciality and degree or please give me some medicine or suggestions •And i don't have constipation problem (once in month) •And itching badly sometimes bt didn't pain Thanks in advance 🙏

I'm not able to intake water at all. I'm throwing it as soon as she is drinking water. the situation has become worse. the stool  is extremely hard and also there is a white fungusy layer on stool. I'm afraid that i will have dehydration. please suggest what should we do.
