Stomach Problems & Remedies

She was having unbearable stomach pain, we saw a homeopathy doctor who suggested her to undergo some tests (report attached). She is advised by the doctor to undergo a surgery as soon as possible. I want to know if this can be cured by some ayurvedic remedy or operation is the only option.

I am having very dark brown stool. I even have constipation. I didnot poop for last 2 days at all. There are guests in my house so i am eating alot of junk food since last 2 days. I also had some stomach problems before.

Hi sir ,I am suffering from trapped wind since last three months at right upper abdomen side corner which moves to back side also ,it doesn't involve any pain ,just some burning sensation and feels like some liquid form,some time needle pinching,and farts all the day, problem irritates very badly , problem remains 24 hrs since last 3 months ,I have done 2 USG and 2 ct kub it doesn't shows any problem , reports are normal , kindly suggest and diagnose my problem and if it is gas ,then how long it may remain trapped , pantop dsr capsule , pantoprazol tried for 20 days ,no improvement still problem is same .
