From the last two days, every bite I have, I am feeling a warm heat coming from my stomach or near my stomach, it's very discomforting. Please suggest some home remedies.

Can acidity or acid reflux cause throat constriction ? I have just recovered from covid. I am suffering from acidity and gastricitis. Is it possible that this may be the reason for throat constriction, dry throat and ocassional coughs. All symptoms are minor as of now.
