Passing bad smelling gas
Since the last 1 week, I've been noticing that I pass bad smelling gas. I eat regular home cooked food but not sure if this is a GI infection. Please advise what the problem could be and how to cure this. This is only happening since around 1 week everyday.

4 years back I had hepatitis A, now when I did LFT test, all my liver enzymes are in normal levels.
My question is even after 4 years in some diagnostic labs my LFT test total bilirubin level is 1.47 and in some diagnostic labs total bilirubin level is 1.0 why like this
