I have Haemorrhoids from 17-18 years, and they become active once in 2-3 years, where I have pain and bleeding and they subside on their own using OTC ointments. 3 months back I faced it after 2 years and it was severe where I had bleeding, swollen veins, pains and could not sit properly. I visited a doctor and he had prescribed Anometrogyl, Daflon tab, Enzoflam and Nexpro. It improved the situation but not completely. Then I got to know about Himalaya Pilex ointment and tab and started that and it helped a lot and my swollen veins were almost reduced. For a month it was okay and I again started facing it. This time there's no bleeding but swollen veins which hurts a lot during bowel movement. I have been using Himalaya cream and tab from 10 days but there is not much improvement. I follow a very healthy diet with sprouts, fruits, veggies being part of my everyday meal. I drink 5-6 ltrs of water every day and have workout regularly. What can I do to treat my problem permanently.

I am suffering from left abdominal pain only from two weeks ,what could be the cause and solution for this problem ?

Hi, I have diabetes,  Gerd, peripheral neuropathy. For diabetes I am taking Kombiglyze XR 5/1000 mg and Diamicron xr 60 mg, Gla 120 and Neugaba 75 sos. I am allergic to hot foods like nuts, some medicines, potato, mangoes,spices, gram flour. These give me headache which doesn't go away without meftal spas and stop my motions. Current health Symptoms attached in snapshot please check. Also after seeing these Symptoms, what is concerning my health and what medication should be taken ? After seeing these Symptoms, Would you recommend me taking covid vaccine? Please advise as I am scared to take vaccine because I am allergic to hot things and medicines.....
