I had pizza and mithai(sweets) last night and today morning i am having very watery stools and foul burps ...what is the reason and what to do ...any medications???

Stomach cramps occuring 2-3 times a day will last 20-30 mins ,can't able to breath Literally cramps visible on the stomatch,any serious condition??

Once in a week i am getting diarrhea from about 2 months. Unable to track down what's causing it. Is it dietary or something else. Also sometimes suffering from bloating and upper stomach discomfort. Did a CBC,LFT,KFT all parameters were normal. Attaching picture for better reference. Please help I suffer from health anxiety too. It is making me anxious as i am thinking it's something serious. Hi, i have pain in mid and left stomach past 4 months that increases after I eat, drink or poop. Recently I noticed blood on few occasions and since past 2 days I noticed only brown orange mucus while pooping and lots of it. Is it anything serious?

I am having sudden urge for bowel movement with cramp for last one week. I am taking Rifagut along with probiotic as per Doctor's prescription but still it is not improving my situation. Stool is not watery. Sometimes mucous is visible. There is foul smell in stool which was not usual. Yesterday I found round worm in stool and took Albendazole 400. Please suggest, what else can be done to improve the situation.
