Hello doctor, I had fever so doctor recommended zifi o bd,raciper d bd,lariago ds.but now its 4th day while taking medicine i have no appetite,also feel to vomit while having food. Is it due to lariago ds?

Medication since 2019: Tab Exermet gm 501- BD, 200-OD, Tab Doxyfile 300- BD, Cap Pentop D- OD, Syp  Terphylin 2TSP- TDS. BP: 80/140 Sugar fasting: 130 Current problem: blown tummy, breathlessness, lumps in tummy pains, weakness

My mom age 52 done ultrasound. It shows the is a small defect noted at umbilicus measuring 2cms with herniation of omentum and grade 1 fatty liver. Any problem of hernia?

One month back I got acidity and my sgot and sgpt was 59 and 45 and TLC was 14000. After taking medicine for few days it comes to normal. 2 days back again I got acidity and when I did blood test my sgot, sgpt and esr is high. Sgot is 118 sgpt is 54 and esr is 24. What i am facing? I am not eating any fast food or junk food. Why my sgpt and sgot is increased?
