I am having piles problem around a month.
I am having a confusion related Piles pain..
Do smoking and drinking cause extra pain in motion or they have any extra negative effect on piles..??
And right now I am using Anovate cream..
Is it a good choice..I haven't consulted any doctor yet..

I am facing internal piles since a month..
And I haven't take any precautions and healthy diet at starting..but since a week the amount of pain has increased this much that I can't sit for hours after motion..I am following the diet and excess of water and everything now..but can't see any progress.Do I need a surgery.

Dealing with fissures

Enlarged liver
Liver is enlarged. It's echogenicity is diffusly increased without any focal lesion. Intrahepatic bile ducts are ducts are not dilated. The common duct at porta measures 3mm. The portal vein measures 10mm at porta.
This is my ultrasonography report of liver.
